Ever since they changed to the new style of meet calls, I can't make outgoing calls, but incoming calls work fine. I can clear app data and cache and get the old one back for one call and that still works. Whatever they did to meet, it's not working for me. A video calling app that doesn't make calls is pretty useless. Edit: the supplied help article isn't relevant to my issue, and I've been trying to get help from the help and feedback forum, they've tried to help but not working yet.

Was better as Duo New version "fixed" an app that wasn't broken and made it nearly inoperable. Lately, an error appears, preventing usage, for one party or the other when trying to place a call that the other isn't updated, not the case, both are using the same version of the app. Additionally, the loss of video messages is mind-blowing. Why remove a great feature and call it an improvement. When it works, which lately isn't a guarantee, it typically works well enough. Focus on stability updates

It's a hit or miss if you'll receive a call from whoever. 2 hours later you then get a notification that you missed a call from someone. I found this out because I was using my phone and it showed up as someone was calling but no sound. All the sounds were turned up on my phone. I went into the settings and all the settings seem fine.
