Niantic Campfire

Good for looking up raids and finding meet-ups. bad for everything else it does. the flare system seems nice but the range to use flares is way to low and also you cant flare on dynamax raids. and the raid finder que and host system sucks and no one uses it because of it. the UI design is confusing and sometimes unresponsive and buggs out often. and many more compliments but not enough words allowed

was stading on the raid, campfire shows that I am on the raid, but does not allow to host a raid. writes move closer to raid went to another place, same thing. did Everything according to recomendations and troubleshooting, Nothing works. reinstalled app, all permissions allowed, same thing.

As of a recent update, the app now apparently requires you to enable WiFi scanning to find a location. The only reason this would be a requirement is if Niantic/Scopely are also getting this information. There is no reasonable functional requirement for this, it's just Niantic/Scopely trying to get more data without paying for it or offering anything in return. The app is broken and non-functional for me now.
