a bit clunky to navigate. NO explanation of fees anywhere. If I'm purchasing something, I want to pay the insurance, not the seller. There is no option for this. If I agree a sale price with someone then go to send the money I can't pay that fee, I have to manually calculate it, but I can't do that as you don't clearly state anywhere what the fee is. I spent almost half an hour looking and gave up. I don't want to have to then try and get the seller to send an invoice...it's too much hassle.

I never liked the app but the latest update made it worse: 1. The layout makes it harder to see at a glance your latest activity 2. Harder to send payments by clicking on someone's email address on a message elsewhere. It now only opens the app but doesn't link to their account. Never allowed to take screenshots. But no way of downloading a PDF of recent transactions. I could carry on... * and now it has a glitch where it signs me out every 5 seconds. pfff

I had no problems I tried to make a payment from a third party site Luckily the money didn't transfer. PP updated with a fresh new look on site. Even it's still secure tho. Yes there are some few changes to personal PP. Can receive credit, money, shopping, paying bills under £100 pounds is completely free. PP charges extra fees on top over £100 mark. We Can/ can't complain on everything . Like any company, read the small print.
