I'm not sure how else to describe this game other than TD Shooter, but in 2D, and it's a very fun one at that. You level up your monsters and give them ears equipment to make them more powerful. The game is only a buck and it has very unobtrusive micro-transactions, hell, I wouldn't have even known it had them if I didn't go diving around all the menus for them, they're just there to unlock stuff really for you, nothing is behind a permanent pay wall, I highly recommend this game!

Fantastic game. Way more in depth then the average dungeon game. Hiring team members, equipment, modding, enhancing, skills, dungeon upgrades, research and that's just the basics. Of course reincarnation for another currency. My main suggestion, "complaint" is I can't click the currency to learn how to acquire it. I only figured it out once I found the shop. Also, day 100? Damn without auto stage it takes forever it seems. Maybe barracks to hold extra team members. That's all just QoL Solid game

It's quite great, I suggest trying it out. The game's sounds are entirely bits and pixelated, even the style of art... which makes it feel like an arcade game. The lore isn't extravagant, or even there to be read in the first place... it's like a wonder full of mystery and most of the time nonsense— in a fun way. The gameplay is clanky and locked, there's no movement but pure shooting... each character has their own sets of passive, awakening, skills, and mundane basic attack.
