since this is the only way to let the creators know stuff. I'm going to say this. I haven't moved off the same level in a week. my life is so stressful that every time I come into this game and try to get through the level I cant. I only moved through the previous levels using thousands of gems and all the tools I had. this game makes me anxious + sick. I will not spend another $ on it as I feel they've pushed too far eith how hard it is. if you're looking for something fun, this isn't it

Sorry to hear that you feel some of the levels too difficult! We aim at creating an experience that can be completed without doing any purchases. Purchases are optional and are in case you want to progress faster. What levels are you stuck at? You can reach us through the settings menu for help on any level. :)

I LOVE THIS GAME, because since it's playable offline I can be playing this game on road trips or at the airport, and Im a huge fan of the makeovers , ik sometimes the levels feel impossible but after a few attempts I pass it , I'm currently in season 2 at Hannah's makeover so far, anyways I've been playing this game since 2020 ( on my iPad recently started playing on my phone ) for That reason I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💐💕💗edit: im done with s2 I literally cannot live without this game

Ads will often freeze or play and then force the game to restart. So you basically just get to watch an ad for no reward. Here lately though, I haven't been given the option to watch ads for extra moves at all. Unfortunate, since that's the only way this game was getting money from me. It also kills my interest in playing.
