this game was amazing but now it will not even let me link my account. I've tried twice to try and Link my account and this game tells me I can't be connected to the server. I even tried using mobile Data to work the game but it still gives me the same screen on Cannot connect to server. I've asked customer service and they have not been helpful at all for these serious issues I only give 2 stars.

events haven't worked in well over a day. imagine I spend $100 in game and then get locked out of the event I just spent money to win. for certain a joke. other reviews are lying they give no support. they take your money. the app is not working. dropping another star. been trying to log into the app. just staring at a frozen screen. quit app, tried again. same frozen screen. sent support requests and emails. never heard a word from anyone. thanks for nothing. how do I sue because wow

I like the game. Easy going, mostly. 1) It'd be nice to pay something like 9.99 to skip ads there's soooo many and repetitive. 2) I have to keep force closing the app in order to watch ads for rewards (especially the while you were gone)
