I've been playing this game for over 2 years and I was loving it, even though I was spending a lot of money in the game. But this year, any time I have an issue and try to contact support, I'm ignored. Now, with the recent update, I can't watch the dumb ads to speed up whatever I'm doing in the game. I've tried everything from restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and troubleshooting the app. Nothing works. My clan doesn't have this issue. It's just me. Disappointing!!!

I love this game with a passion. but recently there's been this Temu ad that just ruins everything. The ad when played will never give the rewards that are supposed to be given. Which is fine if you're looking for rewards. but now I cannot progress on a side quest because there's a video I have to play to pass through (parcel blocking my path), and the Temu ad keeps re-launching the game. please fix this.

I love this game. I enjoyed every minute of building the fortress that is my kingdom, but two days ago, the game reset and I lost all my progress. On Play Store, I can see all my achievements have been ticked off, however, I've been forced to start back at level one. I restarted the game, re-installed it, switched off my phone... nothing worked. Too bad, though. I was pretty committed.
