good app it's just that I don't really know if it also covers those people who kept on changing most of my other app options including my google settings and it really makes me so annoyed because it always caused me trouble with my network and data connection and they still not stopping by doing it even if it's not permitted to do so because that is data breach in my country.

Idk what this does exactly but it use to be preinstalled on my past Samsung Galaxy devices and so I downloaded it back on to my phone after I saw it earlier this week in the play store with other Samsung/android apps section so I had to download it back lol and i dont know what it does but I felt compelled to get it back because now it isn't a undeletable or uninstallable... Is that the case for anyone else aswell? Maybe within the more newer versions/editions of Galaxy devices??

Look at it's permissions, very intrusive spyware. You have no control over this. You cannot disable it. For me, it constantly tries to connect to a carrier different from the one I have, takes over the phone and freezes it for 6 minutes, during this I can't even use my phone! I'm on day 2 now of it freezing my phone like this every few hours, for 6 minutes, all because I did a reboot. I go through this each time I do a reboot. Google needs to get it's act together.
