I was forced to have my loyalty cards transferred from Stocard to this app. Worked ok at the time and cards transferred ok. I've tried to get back into the Klarna app and it's asking me to log in or create an account, but neither button works. So I don't have access to my loyalty cards at all as they're no longer in the original Stocard app. There is no "Contact us" button for assistance.

I used to love this app. Told all my friends about it. Made my payments on-time, if not paid off early. Had one issue one time and you are pretty much labeled as no longer worthy (and trust me they always got their money-that wasnt the issue). Started having issue after issue after that. Paid off what I owed and finally gave up using it. Just got a notice (10/15) of some bs reason I was denied something back in JULY. And customer service is zero help. Now they run credit. uninstalling.

In comparison to Stocard this app can't be rated more than 2 stars. Sometimes it takes up to half a minute to open my cards. This is not acceptable when you are going through the busy till. Holding cards until you load advertising is just not acceptable. Cards should be loaded instantly from the offline storage, then updates to the cards can be loaded from the cloud, and only after that the adverts and promos.
