Helpful Support Hub for Samsung Users Samsung Members is a great resource for device tips, diagnostics, and getting help quickly. The community forums are active, and I appreciate the personalized support and exclusive benefits. Sometimes the app can be a bit slow or cluttered with too many promotions, but overall, it's a valuable companion for any Galaxy user. Just needs a bit of streamlining to be perfect!

Half the things in Samsung Members in Estonia are in Latvian, including the news and the websites that open once you click on ads. Why? I checked that all of them exist perfectly in Estonian (I just need to change 'lv' to 'ee' in the URL) in the browser. There are zero reasons, afaik, for setting the app to work like this. Estonia and Latvia are two different countries, and the two languages do not even belong to the same language family. The app is, therefore, confusing and not very useful.

No longer working 😞😓😩 Up until this morning I was able to navigate to support and see where my feedback/support ticket was up to. But this afternoon I was unable to launch the app. Error msg - 'Samsung Members isn’t supported by your phone's system software. (19)' I checked to ensure the app version is current and it is. This is another issue I have discovered since the last update. Please fix asap.
