Just terrible. All I want is to download my captures, I take specific videos and then can't even download them because the app refuses to load them and then when they do load (if they do), I can't download it, doesn't say why, just says can't do it. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, cleared cache, the lot, still not working, not even loading. Waste of an app. Fix it

The PlayStation App is a great idea in theory, but it’s currently a frustrating experience on my Samsung device. The biggest issue is a constant sign-in loop that makes purchasing games nearly impossible; it repeatedly asks for my login even after I've already signed in with a passkey. Additionally, the app is quite unstable and takes way too long to load from a cold start. Captures and screenshots also take forever to sync or simply don't show up when I need them. It needs a stability update.

Not sure why, but the last few months I get a notification for EVERY game that goes on sale and it takes multiple days to send them all because it sends one every few hours. It's very annoying. It used to just send one notification that said items from my wish list were on sale and I would go check it. It needs to be fixed.
