Hi My Botim app is not working. It's says clear Cache. I did that and yet it hasn't worked. It's been 2 weeks. I have uninstalled and Installed it 3 times already and yet it hasn't worked. This has never happened before. It keeps saying that there is a bug In it by the Provider of the app. If there is a bug then please clear it out. It's very difficult to talk to people back at home.

For the last 3 days, I have been receiving BOTIM verification OTPs without requesting them (total 8 OTPs). This indicates someone is repeatedly trying to access my number. I already emailed customer support, but no response so far. This is a serious security and privacy concern. BOTIM should have better controls to stop repeated OTP abuse and a responsive support team. Please look into this issue urgently.

After the recent update, it's totally unusable, the pop-out screen doesn't work. The calls either work on earpiece or on speakers depending on its mood, I guess, and even group calls are glitching like crazy. I mean, it's unusable at this point. I use this every day and it used to be a good app, user-friendly, easy to use. Now it's a nightmare.
