Fun enough and the story is quite interesting, but the UX needs work. Controls are a bit finicky, it's easy to lose track of your character on the screen, spell targeting isn't always cooperative, and there aren't enough visual cues to differentiate stronger mobs from weaker ones, making it easy to get yourself killed by attacking something you shouldn't.

I played this game long ago and picked it up again quite recently. Its a very engaging game, fun, simple and quite pretty. I also like the story elements. The first time I played it, my old device wouldn't let me cast spells, but my new one does, and I can tell you that it is possible to beat the game without spells (but it's hard) anyway, Hexage, please make a part 2, I'm begging you

It has great potential, but it's really hard to control, you often hit the shoot button when trying to heal, wasting your mana. Also, graphics are nice, but you keep getting stuck on miniature boulders you can't see on the screen. Also, really hard to aim at the higher level monsters, why not autotarget them instead of any random mob on the screen? Only way I found to get past levels is to gain xp faster than the mobs raise level.
