Definitely not for people who have ADHD/GAD/OCD like me. The narrator takes way too long pauses and that sends my neurodivergent brain into 100 different directions. Also, it's not a good idea to mention words like anxiety, stress, worries etc in meditation practices. I wanted to be guided away from it, not fixate on it. This particular style is definitely not for me but apparently it helps many. I really tried to stick with it too.

I struggle on and off with anxiety, and have tried lots of different apps to help me clear my mind from the clutter. This is the one. The ladies' voice is easy to listen and if you take your time to work through each session, you soon start to get into, snd each day my mind gets a little clearer. I also like the fact that you can't do the more advanced till you have complete all the beginners levels.

The perfect meditation app! It gives basic lessons on meditation as well as more advanced sessions that target specific problems you're having: whether its low-self esteem, anger, frustration, difficulty with acceptance, etc. It also gives new daily meditations, making it easy to practice regularly. The music and natural sounds you can choose from to play in the background all sound great and relaxing. I can genuinely see myself using this for the rest of my life!
